You will be able to set personalized goals around your body image, and self-compassion, and track your progress towards a more positive self-image. We will celebrate your successes along the way.

Through group discussion you will gain a deeper understanding of the factors that contribute to body image concerns, including influences from the media, cultural pressures, and personal experiences. Our sessions will also incorporate mindfulness practices, self-compassion practices, and self-care routines that can help you stay grounded and connected to your body in a nurturing way.
