Welcome to our transformative IFS Processing Therapy group, rooted in the empowering principles of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model and mindfulness meditation. This group is designed specifically for those navigating the complexities of grief, relationship changes, and career challenges.

Led by an experienced therapist, this group provides a safe and supportive space for participants to explore their emotions, deepen their understanding of themselves, and cultivate resilience in the face of multifaceted life transitions. Whether you're grappling with the loss of a loved one, experiencing difficulties in your relationships, facing occupational stresses, or navigating significant changes in your career path, this program offers a holistic approach to healing that honors each individual's unique journey.

Through guided exercises, group discussions, and compassionate exploration, we aim to foster healing, growth, and connection within a community of understanding peers. Our IFS-based therapy groups provide a safe, supportive space to explore your inner world, build resilience, and move forward with clarity and self-compassion. • Multiple “safe space” groups for women and femmes

WHAT TO EXPECT

Led by an experienced therapist, this group integrates:

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework

  • Mindfulness and meditation practices

  • Guided visualizations

  • Journaling exercises

  • Art-based exploration

  • Group discussion and connection

Participants learn to understand and work with their “parts” (Managers, Firefighters, and Exiles) while cultivating access to their grounded, compassionate Self.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Weeks 1–6: Foundations & Healing Work

  • Understanding your inner family system

  • Mapping and exploring your parts

  • Building self-compassion

  • Healing exiled parts

  • Integrating parts and resolving inner conflicts

  • Unburdening ceremony & reflection

Weeks 6–10: Processing the “Here and Now”

Using the IFS framework to navigate:

  • Daily stressors

  • Emotional triggers

  • Anxiety and grief

  • Present-moment challenges

Apply what you’ve learned in real time with group support

"Embracing Change" offers a holistic and empowering approach to navigating life changes using the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. Through self-exploration, self-compassion, and integration of inner parts, women are supported in embracing transformation and moving forward with resilience and authenticity.

The rate for this group is $80 per 60-minute group session. The group meets every Friday at 5:00 pm. If you’d like to use insurance for this group, please send your insurance information.
