Kevin Pham, LMFT #164130
Life is a compilation of photographs, and sometimes the hardest moments become the images we cannot stop looking at, wondering, “What if that photo had been captured differently?” The key is repositioning ourselves and examining the camera’s point of view.
I work with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and 2SLGBTQIA+ clients navigating relationships, identity, and life transitions. My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, prioritizing safety and meeting you where you are emotionally. The stories we tell ourselves shape how we understand ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.
Collaboratively, we can gently explore these stories and the experiences that shaped them, including the parts of yourself you may have learned to hide or believe make you unlovable. I am currently completing training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and developing my skills in trauma processing. I want to see your photo album—all of it. You don’t need to edit your photographs to make yourself more appealing. Together, we can process difficult experiences, build self-compassion and resilience, and help you become the photographer of your own life.
Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes/$170 per session and couples sessions are 50 minutes/$200 per session.
